UK Returns Policy
Make Industries accepts returns within 14 days after buyer has received their purchase.
If an item is received damaged Make Industries will pay for the return and issue a full refund.
If you receive an item and you don’t like it, Make Industries will not pay for the return but will issue a full refund when we have received the item back.
If an item is received with the wrong description: Colour, Material, Size. Make Industries will pay for the return and issue a full refund.
In the event of a paid item not being delivered, unless proven otherwise, Make Industries will need proof of purchase and we will re-send the order or issue a full refund.
We do not accept returns of any Jewellery or underwear for hygienic reasons.
When Make Industries is happy to pay for your postage, show us proof of postage and we’ll include cost of postage in refund.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
When returning an item, you will not receive a refund until the item has been received at Make Industries.
International Returns Policy
We do not offer Refunds or Returns for countries, excluding UK, in Europe or anywhere else internationally.
